It can take a lot of courage to ask for support, when you’re feeling low,

anxious or when life is throwing challenges your way.

I offer a safe, non-judgemental, and empathetic space to support your understanding of what's troubling you and how you can move forwards.

Whatever your difficulty get in touch.

I work with adults and young people (18+) on issues relating to anxiety, low mood, bereavement, loss, self-esteem, abuse, relationships, anger, life changes, and more.

Please be aware that I am currently not working with clients who are actively suicidal, but I would be happy to help you find the right support if this is the case for you.

I offer either short-term or open-ended work. We will decide whether this is done by telephone or Zoom, or in person either inside or outside.

Appointments are 50 minutes and are usually weekly.

Your first session will usually be done remotely by telephone or Zoom, and may take a little longer (around 60 minutes). I will ask a bit about you and your history, and what you hope to gain from counselling. I'll introduce how I work too.

Sessions are £60.

I have limited low-cost slots available for students or those on low incomes.

I ask for 48 hours notice for all cancellations.

Contact me to arrange a free 15-minute initial call.

Or we can set up a full 60-minute assessment via telephone or Zoom (you decide which works best for you). In the session we will explore more about you, and your needs, and it will help you get a sense of how I work.
