Covid-19 measures:

  • The space is cleaned regularly, and I will wipe all touch surfaces before and after sessions.

  • There is no waiting room, so please arrive at the time of your session and I will buzz you in. Hand sanitiser is provided at the door but you may wish to bring your own.

  • Please bring your own water. Tissues will be provided.

  • Windows can be opened to provide fresh air, and noise cancellation machines are in each room to maintain confidentiality.

  • You will need to wear a mask as you move around the centre. Once we're in the room, you can choose whether to wear a mask in the session or not.  In general, I won't wear one during the session, but I am happy to, if you would like me to.

  • If you develop any symptoms of Covid-19, or you come into contact with someone who tests positive for Covid-19, or you are asked to self-isolate, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO YOUR SESSION. My usual cancellation fees will not apply in these cases, and there will be an option to have your session, either by telephone or Zoom, if you are well enough.

  • I will arrange a short call before we start, in order to discuss these measures with you and assess suitability for face to face work. If you have any particular vulnerabilities or someone at home who is vulnerable to Covid-19 please let me know and we can discuss whether remote working might be more suitable.

  • If the situation changes, or government guidance around the safety of face-to-face work changes, we will have the option to move online or to telephone sessions.
